Our mission
To be one step ahead.
In our research and development department, 35 engineers create intelligent details and complete solutions for the vehicles of tomorrow – driven by the mission of being one step ahead. This is where we design and bring to life innovations and solutions that not only have the potential to enhance our customers day-to-day working lives, but that also set new standards in engineering, steel construction, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics.
They facilitate handling and make everyday tasks easier, enhance safety, add intelligent value and maximise cost-efficiency over the entire product lifecycle. Throughout DOLL®'s development process, theory and practice are inextricably linked.
All prototypes are built in our own factory then tried and tested in real working environments for at least 100 days. Throughout this process, we use sophisticated measuring technology and sensors to obtain factual confirmation of theoretical principles.
At DOLL®, new technologies and innovations are integrated into each new vehicle generation as standard. Because these new technologies and innovations are a fundamental element of our product philosophy: built today for the challenges of tomorrow.
DOLL® – Achieving more together
Intelligent design. Perfect execution.
Performance made easy.
The design of each of our products is the foundation for its long-term value. This means achieving optimum strength and rigidity with minimal use of materials. We use the finite element method (FEM) to optimise vehicle weight and stability.
Worldwide.
